At this point, cancellation of the Auto Billing for the current cycle is not possible, and no refunds can be issued for medications already ordered. This policy ensures the efficiency of our treatment delivery and maintains the integrity of the medication supply chain.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is placed with the pharmacy to avoid entering a new billing cycle and being charged. Please note that it is your responsibility to cancel your Auto Billing subscription within the designated timeframe if you no longer wish to continue with the treatment.
