PROGRAM DETAILS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Medications are provided in vials, monthly. Patients may cancel at any time, but medications that have already shipped and/or received from the pharmacy may not be canceled. Upon notice of cancellation the patient gives Goal.M authorization to bill the remainder of the balance owed for the medication received before cancellation to the credit card on file.

Automatic Payment Enrollment and Renewal

By selecting the automatic billing option ("Auto Billing"), you agree to enroll in our hassle-free automatic renewal service. This ensures uninterrupted access to your treatment without the need to manually process payments for each renewal period.

Automatic Renewal:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Your payment method on file will be charged the applicable amount for the next cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email prior to charging your account, detailing the renewal date and amount.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your Auto Billing subscription, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellations can be made through by contacting our customer support team. customer@jellyfish.md 

Medication Orders:

Once an order for medication is placed with the pharmacy, it signifies the beginning of a new billing cycle. At this point, cancellation of the Auto Billing for the current cycle is not possible, and no refunds can be issued for medications already ordered. This policy ensures the efficiency of our treatment delivery and maintains the integrity of the medication supply chain.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is placed with the pharmacy to avoid entering a new billing cycle and being charged. Please note that it is your responsibility to cancel your Auto Billing subscription within the designated timeframe if you no longer wish to continue with the treatment.
